Provisional Terms of Service

1. Provider Identity

The SDK and associated services are provided by the independent developer or development team known as ShieldCert, which is currently in the process of being legally incorporated as a company in the European Union.

2. Purpose of the Service

The SDK is intended to provide security tools for mobile applications (Android and iOS), specifically focused on protecting the communication layer through encryption, integrity control, and other similar features.

3. License of Use

The Client is granted a free, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the SDK for testing, evaluation, or integration in their mobile applications.

This license is valid as long as:

4. Support and Updates

7. Legal Transition

Once the team behind ShieldCert is legally incorporated as a company, Clients will be notified to update these Terms.

The future legal entity may assume the obligations and rights described herein.
